Securities Act 2005 · FSC Mauritius
Mauritius Investment Adviser Licences
Mauritius distinguishes between investment advice, portfolio management and corporate-finance advisory. The correct category depends on whether the firm only gives recommendations, manages portfolios under mandate, or advises on securities-related corporate finance transactions.
